A Team Approach to Sustaining and Growing Mission Resources

If I have learned anything about building sustainable funding it is this: it is a team sport.

Healthy organizations make it everyones business to find and grow donor relationships.  Its not just owned by one professional.  That is why I wrote the short work book called “grant teams that win.”   This book outlines the roles of a team in writing and winning grants.  I have used this approach to be very successful in winning lots of grants and have coached dozens of smaller non profits in the development of this approach.

Smaller non profits and ministries have to compete with larger organizations who have large grant writing budgets and established relationships with donors.  The only way to be effective is to be persistent– and that will not be one volunteer alone in their basement working all night before a deadline– team is needed.  You can order this resource with an audio training CD for $29.

Building resources is an important part of sustaining the mission and it is best accomplished with a team approach.
