Coaching Groups Starting

Walking alongside people who are making a difference is one of my great joys. I have found that developing a coaching relationship at key moments in the life of a church that is becoming missional can accelerate progress and increase impact. In coaching I use a small group approach that allows learning to proceed in multiple directions, and recently I have added the technology tools offered by Shapevine. All of that means that participants get the benefit of coaching, small group support and on demand instruction via video and learning downloads.

I am starting two coaching groups in September: 1) Compassion by Design– 6 months that is for new churches and re-starts that allows them to complete a needs assessment, strategic match and intentional (focused) service in their community; and 2) Ready for Funding– for churches and missional groups that have taken or are going to take the step of creating a secondary non profit or CBO (community based organization) for the purpose of resourcing their efforts.
